Mid-November last year, I went to the hospital for what I thought was going to be gas or Costochondritis. I had no idea that it would turn into a health scare that would have me spending a night in the hospital. Looking back, there were some warning signs that I didn’t pay attention to. I was out of breath all the time and an execrated heart rate. I had an extremely hard time losing weight. And I just didn’t feel like myself.
Thankfully, the ER doctors caught what was going on and I was able to get the treatment I needed. Since then I’ve had a lot of people show concern, so I wanted to take a moment and update you all on how I’m doing.
In this video, we will recap the year and have a Wellness Check’N. I will also talk about what I’ve learned, the importance of paying attention to your body and to listen to what it’s telling you.
If you’re feeling off, don’t hesitate to get checked out. It could be nothing, but it could also be something serious. I’m glad I did and I hope you will too.
