R&B singer Jazmine Sullivan took to Instagram to announce the passing of her mother, Pam Joi Sullivan.
“I don’t have the words yet mommy.” Sullivan wrote in the caption of a photo of her mother. “So for now I’ll say thank you, thank you, thank you. Rest now butterfly.”
Sullivan’s mother was a former backup singer for Philadelphia International Records. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 and passed away after a long battle with the disease.
