As a part of your Summer reset, I have taken a moment to research trending wellness tech that has been said to promote your health and well-being!
That is, if it is true.
It’s no secret that companies will sometimes take advantage of buyers with large claims about their products. I am here to sift through real customer reviews, and identify how well these experiences align with the products description. From skincare devices, red light therapy, to alarm clocks, I am here to get to the bottom of it all! This summer is all about intentional purchases, N Crowd. Keep reading to make sure you get all of your money’s worth.

Real Talk
Now let’s get down to the nitty gritty.
What to buy? Where to buy it? And who do you trust?
Yana, who is a self-proclaimed content curator, as well as certified pilates instructor (pictured above), has some great wellness recommendations. Her wellness marketing brand, which is based out of Miami, emphasizes a philosophy of glowing from the inside out! Not only does she promote a plethora of wellness devices, but she also embraces a healthy lifestyle by sharing her typical workout routines with followers. Some products featured on her profile include a Hatch Restore 3 alarm clock and facial toning device NuFace Trinity+.
Both of these products are heavily reviewed by consumers and influencers alike! Starting with the Hatch, this product strives to improve your quality of sleep with a simulated sunrise feature and built in meditations. Reviews on their website mention how the app, which is necessary to utilizing many of the devices featured on the device, may be difficult to navigate. However, the positive reviews surrounding improved quality of sleep and relaxation cannot be beat.
As for the NuFace Trinity+, I’ve seen many celebrities endorse the product on Vogue’s Beauty Secrets! Since I am such a huge follower and fan of these videos, I automatically trust anything these celebs are saying (LOL!). Surprisingly, on the NuFace website, reviews seem to be a bit mixed. Only 51% of reviews recommend the product! This comes as a shock to me.
However, the reviewing pool is only out of 445 people?! I am not sure what to make of this one, N Crowd! Due to the amount of traction this device seems to get online, if your someone looking to firm the face as well as reduce fine lines I would give it a shot! Or at least, be sure to check out the other devices this established company has to offer.
An Honorable Mention
Red Light Therapy has been taking the wellness market by storm. This type of therapy, which involves placing yourself under some form of red light promotes cell growth and function. Experts with Brown University Health, even express that red light has the ability to manage certain skin and pain conditions.
This includes psoriasis, acne, wrinkles, eczema, and even hair loss! The down side to this is that these various forms of red light typically come at a high cost. Full Body Red Light Mat by HigherDose is set at a steep price of $1,199. If your willing to pay the price, this form of wellness by far has the most benefit compared to a more targeted approach.
Now that you have all the info, it’s time for you to take control of your wellness journey, N Crowd!
