The warm weather is approaching, and with that comes spring break. Whether you’re looking for an overnight stay or a mini day trip, Peddler’s Village is the spot for you, especially if you love to shop.
Peddler’s Village is located in Lahaska, Pennsylvania. It’s a 42-acre site with unique stores and dining options. It’s been around for over 60 years, offering different events, festivals, traditions, and of course, plentiful stores.
Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn
Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn offers over 10 different flavors— both sweet and savory. I’ve personally never seen popcorn flavors this creative, and even the strangest ones (in my opinion) ended up being my favorite. I never thought of putting peanut butter and popcorn together, but it was a pleasant surprise.
You can mix and match what you get, combining sweet and salty, sweet on sweet, or salty on salty. I tried the “chipotle cheddar” flavor, which had a hint of spice. My mom got what ended up being my personal favorite, “cookie explosion,” which was sweet and salty, topped with chocolate drizzle.
Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn has different locations, and the flavors rotate with each one. If you can’t make it to Peddler’s Village or the other locations, their website delivers orders right to your doorstep.
FresCafe Food Company
Nothing makes you hungrier than being on your feet for hours and shopping till you drop. It’s important to make pit stops and fuel up so you can restore your energy to continue shopping. FresCafe Food Company is a cute little, quaint cafe to meet your brunch cravings.
Open every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., FresCafe uses local ingredients to serve you only the best. They offer specialty lattes, both iced and hot, stuffed croissants, and numerous lunch sandwiches that are bound to fill you up. Their lattes were my favorite, and I can’t recommend enough the “Spiced Brown Betty” which has hints of caramel apple butter and spiced brown sugar, and the “Sticky Toffee” that uses caramel and toffee nut flavors.

Sunflowers Boutique
Sunflowers Boutique holds many pieces of jewelry, shoes, and clothes. They have brands like UGG, Lotus and Luna, TOMS, and many others. Not only does this boutique have accessories for you, but for your home as well.
Sunflowers Boutique encourages positivity, so each purchase comes with a complimentary pack of sunflower seeds to bring some sunshine back with you and grow.
Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks
Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks is a German-inspired and German-owned business. The das Geschäft (“store” in German) sells cuckoo clocks, steins, home decor, nutcrackers, and other unique German products. One side of the store is entirely dedicated to the clocks, where they come in sizes big and small. They also sell add-on accessories for the clock, such as a miniature figure on a swing that fits into the base. Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks is also the largest German gift store in the United States.

Cotton Company
Cotton Company has fashionable pieces for everyone, offering sizes from small to 3X. The store has been open for over 20 years, originally starting in Peddler’s Village. Now, Cotton Company can be found in Cape May, New Jersey, in the Washington Street Mall. Men can shop there as well, with a range of pieces designed for them.

Village General Store
The Village General Store has all of the travel necessity souvenirs. They sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, Peddler’s Village glassware, and more. Since Easter is coming up, the 7th annual “PEEPS® in the Village” event has already started to take place. From March 9 to April 12, Peddler’s Village has the Peep marshmallow candy in their stores or other “peeps” of art.
The Village General Store, in particular, was showcasing majority of the art made by regional residents. This isn’t just any typical art through— sculptures, dioramas, and wall art made from the fluffy candy filled the first floor. As you walk around the store, you see the creativity in each artwork. There was a “Bad Bunny,” “Stranger Things,” and “Jurassic Park” inspired pieces.
