Just because you’re not a celebrity doesn’t mean you can’t drink like one. From Jersey Shore’s Ron Ron Juice to the 818 x Chamberlain Coffee collaboration, many stars have exposed their signature cocktail recipes to the public. As you celebrate America this Fourth of July, celebrate Hollywood, too, and recreate these iconic (and tasty) drinks.
Ron Ron Juice

Reminisce on the days of Jersey Shore with Ron Ron juice. Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blend with ice for a refreshing slushy, certified by Ronnie himself. Though below is the recommended measurement of vodka, feel free to add to taste, depending on how you feel on a scale of 1-Snookie. Before you know it, you will be roaming the boardwalk, fervently inquiring, “Where’s the beach?” A rule of thumb is that Ron Ron Juice must be made in excess to fulfill its tradition of feeding the whole Jersey Shore house.
Ingredients
- 8 cups of seedless watermelon
- 1 ½ cups of cranberry juice
- 1 ½ cups of blueberries
- 1 jar of maraschino cherries
- 1 ¾ cups of vodka
818 x Chamberlain Coffee Espresso Martini

Two “It Girls” collaborated to make the “It Girl” Drink: 818 x Chamberlain Coffee Espresso Martini. Espresso Martinis have been this summer’s trending cocktail. The boost of caffeine and the buzz of alcohol creates a well-balanced drink. Though most commonly made with vodka, the caramel and vanilla undertones of model Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila pair perfectly with the nuttiness and smoothness of Emma Chamberlain’s Cold Brew Coffee. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for about 20 seconds, and strain into a coupe glass. As Jenner wisely said, “It is literally so bomb.”
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz 818 Tequila Reposado
- 1.5 oz Chamberlain Coffee Candied Pecan Cold Brew
- 0.75 oz any coffee liqueur like Bailey’s or Kahlua
- A splash of vanilla or simple syrup
- Garnish with espresso beans
Justin Timberlake’s Pre-World Tour El Pepino

This El Pepino, otherwise known as a Cucumber Margarita, is strong enough to ruin a world tour. The combination of crisp cucumber and tangy lime creates a unique twist on a classic margarita. Begin by muddling the cucumber in a glass. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients, and stir with a spoon. Garnish with a cucumber or lime or anything you please. It’s an added bonus if you can get your hands on Sauza 901 Tequila, Justin Timberlake’s brand. And on a purely uncoincidental note, please drink responsibly.
Ingredients
- 1-½ oz silver tequila
- ¼ oz agave nectar
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz Cointreau
- Thick round slice of cucumber
- Basil sprig and lime wedge to garnish
Ryan Reynold’s “Vasectomy Cocktail”

Though Father’s Day was over a month ago, Reynolds revealed his signature drink was a “Vasectomy cocktail” to promote his brand Aviation Gin. Though not proven effective enough to fulfill its namesake, this tangy and sweet gin cocktail will alternatively be effective in creating holiday spirit. And if you know Reynolds only as Blake Lively’s husband (rightfully so), show some support and substitute the flavored seltzer for a citrusy Betty Buzz, Lively’s non-alcohol seltzer brand.
Ingredients
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 3 oz tonic
- Splash of flavored seltzer
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1.5 oz Aviation Gin (or any other gin on hand)
Benedict Cumberbatch’s Aperol Spritz

Though Cumberbatch’s Cucumber Margarita was a missed opportunity for an amusing play on words, Benedict Cumberbatch made a valid point by declaring his signature drink an Aperol Spritz. Aperol’s bittersweet and citrusy foundation is balanced by sweet, crisp Prosecco and livened with some bubbly soda. It doesn’t hurt to drink like we are vacationing in Europe as we celebrate America with this Italian-inspired cocktail. Aperol Spritz will be your new favorite classic summer cocktail and remind us of our Hollywood Sweetheart and Sorcerer Supreme, Mr. Cumberbatch. Feel free to copy Doctor Strange’s tutting gestures as you assemble this drink.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 3 oz Aperol
- Splash of soda
- Orange slice for garnish
Taylor Swift’s Classic Diet Coke and Vodka

Taylor Swift, one of the most influential artists of our time, made headlines when she admitted to Vogue that her favorite drink was a Diet Coke with Vodka. Luckily for her, Swift’s die-hard fans can make her go-to cocktail (and most likely already have those ingredients at home). Simply combine Diet Coke and your favorite brand of vodka. For a tangy addition, add a few lemon or lime wedges. Perhaps when she sang “We’ll never go out of style,” she was referring to this classic American drink.
Ingredients:
- 1.75 oz vodka
- 4.25 Oz Diet Coke
- 1 Lime or lemon wedge
Utilize the national holiday to recreate these celebrity cocktails, and be grateful that rather than making headlines, you can enjoy reading them. Happy Fourth of July!
