Easter is coming up! Get your Easter baskets ready to be filled with goodies and treats! One of my favorite things about Easter is the egg hunts. I have so many great memories of my elementary school and neighborhood hosting egg hunts and parties. The best part about those partied were the fun desserts the adults made. Now, as the adult, it’s up to me make my own treats. Here are some easy treats and tools to use for your Easter fun!
Desserts
Fudge

I absolutely love fudge! It’s a super fun and easy dessert to make and requires very little ingredients. The only difficult thing is having to let it cool for hours. It’s so hard to resist! Recipe-wise, I recommend Simply Joy’s chocolate fudge because she only uses three ingredients and does a great job of walking you through the steps!
Cake Pops

You might be thinking: wait, don’t you have to bake a cake for cake pops? No! You can replace the cake portion with cookies. Cake Journal’s no bake cake pops uses sandwich cookies, also known as oreos, to make her cake pops. Her recipe makes 26 cake pops, so this would be great for a party!
Rice Krispie Treats
Yes, you can make your own rice krispie treats! The great thing about rice krispie is that they cool down quickly. Allrecipes offers a super quick guide to their marshmallow treats. What I love about this website is the how easy the recipe is to change. You can even change the amount of ingredient if you need double or half of the original recipe!
Things You May Need
Molds

These Easter silicone molds are absolutely adorable and would be great for a cake pops or chocolate. It could also be a fun activity for kids! They could fill the molds in with whatever treats they want.
Cookie Cutters

I know they are called cookie cutters, but you could also use them from the desserts I mentioned. These Easter cookie cutters offers an adorable egg and bunny which would be great for an Easter party. This set is also great for an Spring theme party! The flower and butterfly would be so much fun to decorate for a birthday activity.
Silicone Mat

Baking and cooking are fun; the clean up is not. While these desserts require no baking, they are sticky and can make a mess. Using a silicone mat to mix your ingredients is a good way to keep your ingredients in one spot and leave little to no mess. They are also easy to clean because the silicone prevents the food from sticking to it. Go out and grab your supplies to bake some delicious treats for you, your friends, or your family, N Crowd!
