Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Raping 13-Year-Old in New Lawsuit

Content warning: This article includes descriptions of sexual assault.

Seven new lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have been filed since Sunday in New York federal court under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law. The suits accuse the mogul of rape, sexual assault, drugging, and more, but there is one case that seems to be garnering the public’s unwavering attention: a woman alleging that Diddy was accompanied by other celebrities as he sexually assaulted her when she was only 13 years old.

Houston attorney Tony Buzzbee of the Buzzbee Law Firm has already filed six previous jury-seeking suits against Combs for sexual assault. Earlier this month, the firm also announced it will be representing 120 alleged victims in filing suits against Combs.

The claims from both John and Jane Does date from 2000 to 2022. One woman, now 37, says that she was assaulted at the age of 13 while attending an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in September 2000. In a 19-page court document, the woman claimed Combs was not the only celebrity involved in her assault. Diddy’s alleged accomplice, referred to as “Celebrity A” in court documents, was also said to have participated in the heinous act. The unnamed woman also claimed that another celebrity (Celebrity B) was present and watched the assault take place.

The lengthy lawsuit states that the then-minor was attempting to enter the award show when Combs’ limousine driver approached her and claimed she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” She alleges that the driver invited her to Combs’ mansion, where she was instructed to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Court documents continued to say that upon her arrival to the party, Jane Doe claimed she accepted a “bitter drink” that was laced with drugs. After entering an empty room to rest, she says Combs rushed into the room and told her she was “ready to party” and tossed her over to another male celebrity who proceeded to undress and rape her as Combs watched. Combs then joined in the assault while a female celebrity watched. The woman says Combs attempted to have her perform oral sex on him, but she managed to get away after hitting him in the neck. After fleeing from the home, the alleged victim stated that she managed to contact her father to pick her up from a local gas station.

There has not been information provided about who the unidentified celebrities may be. Seeing as though the mega-producer hosted some of the most notorious A-list studded parties in the entertainment industry, the possibilities of who could have been involved in the alleged attack are endless.

Buzbee says in the suit, “After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

The Plaintiff’s allegations are eerily similar to the claims made by other victims — stating that Combs and members of his team spiked people’s beverages with the common date-rape drug, GHB, to coerce victims into sexual activity.

Following the 13 suits Buzbee’s office has filed against Combs, there are six more alleged victims — both women and men — coming forward with civil suits, seeking unspecified damages. The alleged victims have accused Combs of sexual harassment, false imprisonment, and battery rape. All victims say they were required to sign NDAs before attending events not just in Los Angeles, but in Las Vegas and New York as well.

Since the new suits have been filed, the 54-year-old stars’ legal team has not released any new statements but has referred all press to their statement released last week. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman,” the statement says. Combs’ legal team also claims that Buzbee’s suits are nothing but a “clear attempt to garner publicity.”

Following Combs’ arrest for racketeering, sex trafficking, and a slew of other charges in early September, the star has been denied pre-trial release on $50 million bail, twice. The multi-millionaire is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, facing life in prison if found guilty at his trial set to start on May 5, 2025.
