Award-winning on-air host, New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Nancy Redd, offers the Black Santa Christmas story she wished she had as a kid, in her new book, The Real Santa, is now available for purchase.

Nancy started her journey in the pageant world to try and make a name for herself in front of the camera. From that, the former Miss Virginia, is now the author of multiple award-winning books. Nancy is known as an on-air host and has made international headlines and anchored conversations with hundreds of thought leaders and celebrities including Queen Latifah, Steve Harvey, Oscar the Grouch, Levar Burton, and more.

Some of Nancy’s many books include Bedtime Bonnet, which is a children’s book about Black nighttime hair rituals and was chosen by the American Library Association Black Caucus as a “Best of the Best” children’s book for 2020 and called “the best children’s book of 2020” by TheGrio. Nancy’s latest self-help book, Pregnancy OMG! , is the first-ever photographic guide to pregnancy and was called “the ultimate how-to for anyone who’s got a bun in the oven” by OK! magazine. Her first book, Body Drama, was heralded as “a book of liberation” by Eve Ensler.

Now with the release of The Real Santa, Redd hopes that this book can help make an impact on young readers, as they finally see a Christmas story inclusive to their identity. This is a great book for your kiddies this holiday season!
