D.C. Black Pride: May 23–26, 2025

Washington, D.C., will be alive with energy and celebration during D.C. Black Pride 2025, which will take place May 23–26 at the Capital Hilton among other locations. With over 65,000 attendees expected, this is one of the nation’s largest gatherings of the Black LGBTQ+ pride community, featuring glamorous balls, electrifying parties, live performances, and health and wellness sessions.

Community involvement is at the heart of this event. Organizers call on volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and local groups to help make it unforgettable. With a focus on culture, visibility, and unity, D.C. Black Pride remains a powerful space for love, joy, and resistance.

WeHo Pride: May 22 – June 30, 2025

West Hollywood’s WeHo Pride 2025 kicks off on Harvey Milk Day, May 22, with special celebrations launching 40 days of Pride events across the city. The main festivities will take place from May 30 to June 1. These include the popular WeHo Pride Street Fair, the OUTLOUD music festival, Dyke March, Women’s Freedom Festival, and the always-colorful WeHo Pride Parade.

West Hollywood is a vibrant Pride hub, featuring performances in the Rainbow District and community-organized events. With decades of history and thousands of attendees yearly, WeHo shines as a beacon of LGBTQ+ joy and activism.

WorldPride D.C.: May 17 – June 8, 2025

In a monumental year marking 50 years of Pride in Washington, D.C., the city will host WorldPride 2025 under the powerful theme: “The Fabric of Freedom.” From May 17 through June 8, D.C. will welcome visitors worldwide to join in celebration and solidarity.

This global gathering unites communities to celebrate identity and advocate for equality through forums, parades, art exhibits, and performances. As the birthplace of key LGBTQ+ movements, Washington, D.C., seeks to honor its history while building a stronger future.

D.C. Latinx Pride: May 21– June 6, 2025

Hosted by the Latinx History Project, D.C. Latinx Pride is a cornerstone of inclusivity within Capital Pride. This year’s flagship event, La Fiesta, The Official Latinx Pride Party, takes place on May 29 from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. at Bunker in the heart of Washington, D.C. Expect a night full of glitter, reggaetón, salsa, and nonstop dancing.

La Fiesta features top DJs, drag shows, and live performances, celebrating community, culture, and joy. This vibrant event honors the richness and resilience of the Latinx LGBTQ+ community, providing a lively space for expression and unity.

Pittsburgh Pride: May 31 – June 1, 2025

Pittsburgh Pride 2025 is a community-driven event organized by local LGBTQ+ groups, including TransYOUniting, QBurgh, and Proud Haven. This year’s Pittsburgh Pride March and Parade will occur on Sunday, June 1, beginning at 10 a.m. along Liberty Avenue between 11th Street and 16th Street in the Strip District.

Participants will unite for a grassroots celebration centered on advocacy, inclusion, and hometown pride. This straightforward event showcases community strength, with local volunteers and organizations vital to its success.

New Orleans Pride: June 14 – 15, 2025

New Orleans Gay Pride is one of the South’s most iconic celebrations. It continues to grow in vibrancy and impact. Its origins date back to a simple picnic in 1971, and today’s events draw tens of thousands.

The 2025 Pride Parade starts on June 14 at 4 p.m. The event will pass through the French Quarter and end at Rampart and Dumaine. Enjoy colorful floats, brass bands, burlesque performances, and plenty of beads as New Orleans showcases Pride with its unique flair and energy.

NYC Pride: June 29, 2025

New York City, the birthplace of the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement, will once again host NYC Pride, culminating in the iconic Pride March on June 29 at 11 a.m. The route begins at 26th Street and 5th Avenue and ends at 15th Street and 7th Avenue, passing the historic Stonewall Inn.

NYC Pride offers a monthlong program of events, including Youth Pride, PrideFest, and numerous rallies and cultural happenings. As one of the largest Pride parades in the world, it continues to inspire millions globally. The event blends activism, remembrance, and celebration.

Portland Pride: July 19 – 20, 2025

Portland Pride is the Pacific Northwest’s largest LGBTQ+ celebration and a beloved Rose City tradition since 1975. The Portland Pride Parade will occur on July 20 at 11 a.m., starting from the North Park Blocks and ending on Naito Parkway.

Portland’s Pride Festival, organized by Pride Northwest, Inc., includes a two-day event at Waterfront Park. Celebrated for its progressive values and inclusive atmosphere, it attracts thousands for a fun and family-friendly weekend.
