Whether you’re hitting the club with your friends, catching a late-night movie, or attending a party, the best part of a night out is ending up in a fast food drive-thru before getting home. If you live in the Chicago area, you are blessed to be surrounded by one of the best food cities in the world. The Windy City’s diverse neighborhoods offer limitless options of foods ranging from Italian, Latin, and Asian cuisines. Here are our favorite late-night food spots in Chicago that you have to try on your next night out!
1. Jim’s Original

For over 80 years, Jim’s Original has been serving Polish hotdogs and burgers to the public. Jim’s Original has remained the bustling “go-to” spot after hitting the bar and club scene. Make sure to try the Polish with the sweet grilled onions, a classic and favorite for Chicagoans.
2. The White Palace Grill

Not only can you get breakfast items for a late-night dinner, but The White Palace Grill caters to all ranges of food within the American cuisine. White Palace Grill has been open since 1939, and has been a Chicago staple for decades because of its committed 24/7 schedule. Our favorite pick is the Chicago Burger!
3. Cheesie’s Pub & Grub

Although relatively new, Cheesie’s has been a huge success, opening three locations throughout the Chicagoland area including a food truck. Cheesie’s is notable for its range of grilled cheese sandwiches and other related cheese menu items. Our favorite Cheesie’s dish is the OG and the fried mac bites.
4. The Weiner’s Circle

No one is safe from harsh and crude insults when they step into The Weiner’s Circle. What better way to let off some steam by arguing back with the person taking your order? The Weiner’s Circle is famous for insulting all of their customers, and it’s all for laughs (so try not to take it personally — it’s their job to hurt your feelings). If you’re not sensitive, we recommend a visit The Weiner’s Circle for their delicious hotdogs and lively dining experience.
5. Americana Submarine

This 24-hr sandwich shop offers subs, hot dogs and even a convenience store! Although there is limited seating, this is the perfect place to get a quick bite to eat if you’re craving a fresh sandwich. We recommend trying their meatball sub!
