Central to this fun trend is highlighting the influence of cross-cultural fashion exchanges Black women bring into interracial relationships.
Each TikTok video begins with a slideshow of non-Black partners before and after they met their Black wife. At the core of each clip is a drastic glow-up brought on by the impeccable fashion sense of Black women.

The glow-up is jaw-dropping, replacing all those boring tees with fancy, crisp suits. TikToker user gabeflowers showcases his beautiful wife and family all over his account and we can’t help but say, “aww.”
It’s True, Hair Does Change Everything
Couple Mel n Mo are some of the most fresh and trendy parents, though they weren’t always like this. People say glasses make a difference, but so does hair. Husband Mo removed his glasses, but the true change was a fresh fade and set of hot tats.

TikTok user Tvon really changed her husband’s life. He started off sporting Easter Sunday clothes and boring t-shirts and made a full 360, rocking a sharp undercut, turtlenecks and a well-kept beard.
Love Is Blind, But So Was His Fashion Sense
Love is Blind stars Cameron Hamilton and Lauren Speed-Hamilton tied the knot in 2018 during the 40th day of the show’s experiment, which pairs singles together in hopes of marriage. The catch? They never get to see each other’s face.
