Astrologers have been going viral on social media for predicting information surrounding the upcoming U.S. elections and the expected political climate. Most astrologers predicted that sudden last-minute changes regarding the elections would happen, and that President Biden’s health would be greatly impacted this year. Some astrologers even predicted that he would step down on a full moon in Capricorn — which aligned with the day that President Biden actually dropped out of the presidential race. These predictions have sparked a lot of conversations about the power of astrology and whether we should start taking it more seriously as a practice. Leisa Schaim
In 2018, Leisa Schaim was one of the earliest professional astrologers to predict the significant political influence Vice President Kamala Harris would have in the 2020s. In January 2019, Leisa posted a tweet about Kamala becoming influential in 2020 — Kamala was eventually selected as President Biden’s running mate in August of 2020. Leisa also predicted that Vice President Harris would have a twelve-year peak in her life at the start of December 2020, which aligns with the timeline of her inauguration as vice president the following month in January 2021. Even though she dropped out of the 2020 presidential elections, which Leisa initially thought would be the peak moment of her career, her becoming vice president-elect paved the path for her to currently run for president, something Leisa’s predictions alluded to.
Jade Sykes
Jade Sykes, popularly recognized on social media as a predictive astrologist, describes herself as a world-class astrologer and human design enthusiast. In 2020, she posted on Twitter that something sudden and shocking would happen to President Biden that would shift the career of Vice President Harris. She then predicted in 2021 that a situation would present itself where President Biden would have to step down and let Vice President Harris take over. She used President Biden’s birth chart to explain his getting out of a bad situation due to an intervention, which aligns with his Covid scare and handing over the nomination. In addition, two days before the attempted shooting and successful injury of former President Trump, Jade predicted that someone surrounding Biden’s presidency might get a head injury.
Laurie Rivers
Laurie Rivers, popularly known as “astro_laurie” on TikTok, currently holds the number one spot on the Apple Podcast top 100 for spirituality. Since late 2022, she has been one of the few astrologers who predicted that President Biden would not be the Democratic Presidential Candidate in the 2024 elections. Her justifications had to do with President Biden’s health decline which people assume is one of the main reasons he dropped out of the presidential election after testing positive for Covid last week. On July 18, Laurie predicted on her personal Patreon channel that President Biden would step down as the presidential candidate during the Capricorn full moon which came to pass on July 21. In 2022, she also predicted that former president Donald Trump might stage an accident which corresponds to his attempted shooting on July 13 that some people believe was staged.
Stargirl
Another well-known predictive astrologist goes by the name Stargirl on Twitter and describes herself as a celebrity astrologist and psychic. In January 2023, she predicted that intense news was likely through a powerful announcement from an authority figure. She specifically used President Biden’s birth chart to determine that he would be in a high-risk position or make an unfortunate announcement, which aligned with his Covid infection that is posing a health scare due to his age. Stargirl explained it as a possible death of an authority figure which can symbolically be understood as him stepping away from power after giving up the presidential candidacy. At the end of May, she also predicted that there might be a destabilizing headline regarding former President Trump, which came to pass with his attempted shooting.

Dalma
In April of last year, another influential predictive astrologist who is recognized by the username DKAstrology, predicted that President Biden would not make it through the election cycle. Her reasoning was based on President Biden’s decision to announce he would run for president again when Mercury was in retrograde. Planets being retrograde is considered a time for internal reflection where people are cautioned from acting or making important decisions. In addition, she mentioned how former President Trump also made his announcement to run for president when the planet Mars was in retrograde. Later in May of this year, Dalma predicted some truths and shocks regarding the public image of former President Trump would occur around July 11. His attempted shooting, which occurred two days later, threatened his presidential candidacy which leads to the question of whether he will also make it through this election cycle.
