The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has been offered to appear in Vogue magazine. Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue, extended the offer to the princess only a few days ago. This opportunity includes an appearance on both the covers of the Vogue UK and Vogue US editions. Not only would Princess Kate be on the two global covers of the magazine, but she’d also have her choice of photographer and fashion-stylings!

Following her cancer remission, the princess has served as an international inspiration both in fashion and in her personal life. According to the official announcement made on the Prince and Princess’s Instagram page a few months back, the news of remission came as a huge relief to the Princess of Wales.

In her touching message, she noted “I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown. The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.”

The Princess also added that the cancer process “brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.” Grateful for the support she and her family have received, the Princess expressed her thanks to the public as well.
Entering the era of remission has allowed for the Princess to “reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life,” the message continued. Princess Kate added that she is remaining focused on being cancer-free, and that has developed a new appreciation for life.
She concluded the post on a heart-felt-note, encouraging others going through their cancer journeys, knowing that she is right there with them:
“To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light so let that light shine bright.”
