Father’s Day is always a special occasion, but it’s particularly exciting for first-time dads. And with so many Hollywood couples expanding their families this year, there are plenty of beloved celebs who are navigating the chaotic and fulfilling experience of being new parents. In honor of the upcoming holiday, here are some of our favorite A-list dads who will be celebrating their first Father’s Day in 2024.
1. Robert Pattinson
It seems like Robert Pattinson was meant to be a girl dad. After playing the protective father of Renesmee in the Twilight series, the actor has welcomed his first daughter with English singer and actress Suki Waterhouse. Waterhouse shared an image announcing the new arrival on her Instagram back in April. Though the couple has been photographed out and about with their little one, they have yet to announce her name.
2. Don Toliver
Musical artist Don Toliver welcomed his first child with singer Kali Uchis back in March. The couple shared the arrival of their baby boy in a joint post on Instagram. “You are everything we hoped for and more,” the couple wrote alongside a beautiful video of their first moments with their son.
3. Maluma
Colombian rapper and singer Maluma and his girlfriend Susana Gómez welcomed their first child on March 9. Maluma took to Instagram to share the good news, posting a photo of his newborn daughter’s hand gripping his finger. “Thank you for fulfilling my biggest dream of being a father,” his caption wrote in Spanish. The caption also revealed the baby’s name, Paris Londoño Gomez.
4. Adam Devine
Pitch Perfect star Adam Devine and actress Chloe Suazo Bridges Devine welcomed their first child together in February, a little over two years after tying the knot in Cabo. In a series of goofy and adorable photos, Devine shared the news on his Instagram, introducing the world to baby Beau Devine.
5. Daveed Diggs
Broadway stars Daveed Diggs and Emmy Raver-Lampman announced the arrival of their first child back in March. The couple, who met on the Hamilton set in 2015, shared a photo on Raver-Lampan’s Instagram of their little ones’ legs in a green onesie. While the couple have kept details of their child’s name and sex private, we can only assume they have a future musical powerhouse on their hands.
6. Elliot Grainge
British record executive Elliot Grainge and his wife Sofia Richie Grainge broke the Internet when they shared that they were expecting their first child together back in January. The excitement only grew when the couple announced the healthy arrival of their daughter, Eloise Samantha Grainge, on May 24. In a video uploaded to her TikTok, viewers got an adorable glimpse of the family of three in clips from Richie Grainge’s unconventional post-birth baby shower.
7. Nick Viall
Bachelor alum and podcast host Nick Viall and wife Natalie Joy welcomed their first daughter on February 2. The couple named their daughter River Rose Viall, after Joy’s great-grandmother and niece. Little River Rose even made an appearance at her parent’s wedding in Georgia on April 27, joining her mom as she walked down the aisle.
8. Jesse Palmer
Former NFL player and current Bachelor host Jesse Palmer announced the arrival of his first child with wife Emely Fardo in January. The couple shared a sweet family photo on Instagram with their newborn daughter, Ella Raine. The comments quickly filled with Bachelor alum sending the family of three their congratulations.
9. DDG
YouTuber and rapper DDG and Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey shared the news of their baby boy’s arrival in December of 2023. For her first Mother’s Day, Bailey posted a sentimental video highlighting her favorite moments with baby Halo. We can only imagine DDG’s Father’s Day tribute will be equally as sweet.
10. Kendall Schmidt
Big Time Rush frontman Kendall Schmidt welcomed his first child with wife Mica von Turkovich in March of this year. The couple announced baby Maple’s arrival with a photo of the newborn on Instagram. Schmidt surprised fans with the announcement of Turkovich’s pregnancy back in November, the same day he announced that the couple had tied the knot after nearly a decade of dating.
11. Zack Goytowski
Love is Blind fan-favorites Zack Goytowski and Bliss Poureetezadi-Goytowski welcomed a beautiful baby girl in April. Though they famously didn’t choose each other in the pods, Goytowski and Poureetezadi-Goytowski tied the knot at the end of Love is Blind season 4 in May 2022. The couple have been together ever since and excitedly gushed to People upon the arrival of their daughter, Galileo Terri Rayne. “We are forever changed and are so blessed to spend the rest of our lives loving her,” the couple told the outlet.
